Macie's doctor cleared her to play when she got her stitches out, but as a loving, overprotective mom, I, and Coach Palmer decided she could use a little bit more heal time. One hand or ball to her face would set her back too far. Way to go and participate in practices and games Mace, they could use an extra cheerleader! :)
Josie texted me this the first night: "Hey Mom, Freshman won their game! Everyone else lost!"
I'm sorry to hear that the rest of Manti Volleyball teams lost, but HOORAY for the Freshman team! They totally rock and are such strong players. Most of them played together on the city league before high school, which helped a lot! GOOD WIN GIRLS!
Macie shared a hotel room with Karra, Anika, and Georgia.
Josie shared her room with Alice, Hope, and Anneke.... They had a great time together, but I'm not sure they got much sleep!
